Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the trek start date: 90% refund of the total trek cost.
2. Cancellations made between 15-29 days prior to the trek start date: 50% refund of the total trek cost.
3. Cancellations made within 14 days of the trek start date: No refund will be provided.
4. In case of no show: No refund will be provided.
5. In the event of cancellation by Rudra Trek due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings, a full refund will be provided to the customer.

Please note:

• All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.
• The refund process may take 7-14 working days to complete.
• Rudra Trek reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy without prior notice.

This policy aims to balance the needs of both the customers and the trekking company, ensuring fairness and transparency in the cancellation process.
