VISA Formalities (for other than Indian Passport) All Yatries need to arrive Kathmandu minimum 3/4 days prior to mentioned arrival dates, as their VISA hasto applied in Chinese Embassy, Kathmandu for which embassy take minimum 3 working days.

IMPORTANT HEALTH GUIDENCE

All Pilgrims (Yatri) are advised to prepare for this Holy Kailash – Mansarovar yatra well before six months ofYatra date. As a preparation, yatries should walk minimum 3 – 5 km daily. Besides walking – jogging, running, swimming and joining a health club OR Yoga (under a perfect Yoga Teacher) will be additional activities which helps to perform Holy Kailash Yatra (parikrama) successfully.

  • COLOUR Scan copy of passport (First page & Last page with address). (Please ensure validity of passport must beminimum 6 months as on travel date)

  • USD 500 ( For NON – Indian Passport Holders )per person as Yatra Registration.

Cancellation Policy :

• ^{USD 200 /- cancellation – Non – refundable service charges}

• ^{US 300 /- refundable – 45 days before departure date.}

• ^{50 % of Yatra Cost – 45 to 15 days prior to departure date.}

• ^{100% of Yatra Cost – 14 days prior to departure date.}

Fitness Certificate:

A fitness certificate, issued by a doctor (MBBS) is mandatory at the time of booking or prior to the departure date.

Passport & VISA:

This is to notify that this sector is a sensitive sector and often at times, yatra can be rescheduled / cancelled due to delay in Permit / Visa, flight delays / Rescheduling / Cancellation, Extreme weather conditions, Political disturbances or any other restrictions imposed by the Chinese / Nepalese / Indian Govt.

All Travel arrangements are being arranged by Rudra Holidays strictly in accordance with the statutory guidelines of Foreign Exchange Centre, Tibet Autonomous Region, Lhasa, China (F.E.C), The Sole Governing authority in Tibet (Western China) for ISSUING Permit to travel to Kailash – Mansarovar Region.

Any changes in itinerary or yatra schedule resulting in additional stay in Kathmandu (@ INR 3000 Per Person Per Night on double sharing basis with all meals) or in Tibet (@ USD 70 Per Person Per Night including all meals) due to any reasons will attract additional charges and must be paid on the spot by yatri,

Travel Insurance:
